What AE Global Renamer does
AE Global Renamer by Lloyd Alvarez renames lots of project elements at once in After Effects. It handles items from layer and effect names to comp markers, expressions and render queue footage paths.
Unlimited search and replace pairs, prefixes, suffixes and incremental numbering with padding are available, and you can replace everything at once or item by item. A mode for renaming only duplicates exists, along with regular expression matching and special keywords for layer name, index, comp name, project name, date and sequential numbers. The dockable panel saves presets.
