What AEFocus does
AEFocus is a separate application from Fan Creative, Inc. that clears the clutter from your After Effects workspace. Press a key and all floating panels disappear, leaving the composition viewer unobstructed; press it again and the panels return where they were.
Because it runs outside After Effects and is driven by hotkeys, it is available on both Mac and Windows. People working on laptops or smaller monitors gain the most, since floating windows can eat a large share of the screen. The app also warns about panels that load slowly, so you know why a restore might take a moment.
