What AEJuice Audio to Markers does

AEJuice Audio to Markers is a script for After Effects that analyzes a layer's sound and places markers at its loudest beats. Select the audio layer, click once, and the markers appear on the timeline.

It uses a beat detection algorithm AEJuice developed for its Slides creator and integrates with kBar. The markers help line up sound effects, dialogue or music cues with animation, making it easier to build edits that follow the rhythm. It supports After Effects CC 2015 through 2022 and newer.
