What After Effects Link does
After Effects Link connects Blender's output to Adobe After Effects without manual importing. It recognizes image sequences, works out frame ranges and builds a composition to match.
You can send a single frame snapshot or a whole sequence, and a cache mode sends previews straight from Blender's render cache while a separate final-quality export handles finished work. Render channels, including Cryptomatte, are preserved. Compositors who move 3D passes into After Effects regularly will benefit.
