Analysis Toolkit
Developer: K_Naoki
Blender add-on with lux measuring tools and EV compensation for matching real-world illuminance in scenes.
What Analysis Toolkit does
Analysis Toolkit is a Blender add-on from K_Naoki for taking measurements in a 3D scene. Its lux measuring tools read the illuminance at points in the scene, which is useful for architectural and lighting studies.
An EV compensation setting relates sky texture lighting to real lux values. With Blender's default sky texture, setting compensation to around 9 to 10 EV reproduces typical real-world lux levels. The add-on supports Blender 4.2 LTS and newer and is released under the GNU GPL v3 or later.
Key features
- Lux measuring tools for scene illuminance
- EV compensation for sky-texture lighting
- Reproduces real-world lux with the default sky
- Supports Blender 4.2 LTS and newer
