What Anime Hair Maker does
Anime Hair Maker builds stylized hair in Blender and offers several ways to place strands: sculpting with Blender's new hair system, planting with a modal operator, drawing bezier hairs and converting old particle hairs.
Nine commonly used bevel shapes give strands their cross-section, with options for customizing them. Character artists making anime or toon characters can shape locks with simple tools instead of modeling each by hand. The combination of sculpting, planting and drawing methods lets artists choose the technique that best fits each part of a hairstyle, from bangs to long tails.
