Batch Merge
Developer: colinsenner
3ds Max script that merges many files in formats such as FBX, DWG, SKP, STL and OBJ into one scene.
What Batch Merge does
Batch Merge by colinsenner brings many files into a 3ds Max scene in one go. Rather than merging each item through the dialog, you gather them and the script handles the rest.
Supported formats include FBX, PRJ, DWG, DXF, IGES, MAX, 3DS, SHP, SKP, STL and OBJ. It works with 3ds Max 9 and later, is a small download at version 1.5, and has a demo video. Artists assembling environments from many source files, such as CAD or SketchUp exports, can speed up setup.
