What Bento Generator Pro does
Bento Generator Pro, made by Ah Photography, is an extension for After Effects aimed at creating the modular card layouts popular in modern product videos. It generates an animated grid composition and shows changes in real time as settings are adjusted.
Grids range from simple 2x2 arrangements to complex asymmetrical designs. More than twelve animation presets cover fade, scale, slide and bounce with custom easing, smart palettes distribute colors automatically, and images or videos are dragged into cells. Presets can be saved and shared with a team, and the non-destructive setup keeps timing, color and layout editable.
