What Bento does
Bento is a small script for building bento-style grids in After Effects, the modular tile layouts popular in modern UI design. Press the Bento button and a grid is created.
Version 1.1.0 was published on July 17, 2025 and supports After Effects 2025, 2024 and 2023. A demo video is available. Designers making product feature slides, app promo videos or dashboard-style animations can get a layout framework without drawing every rectangle by hand.
