What Bone Eyedropper does
Bone Eyedropper is a Blender add-on by Nifs that lets you click on a bone in the viewport and send it straight into a property field. It handles String, EditBone and PoseBone properties, including those added by other add-ons.
It reads from the active object, or from the constraint target when the property belongs to a constraint. It selects whichever bone lies nearest the pointer, highlighting its name and location in the viewport. When run outside a property field it simply copies the bone name to the clipboard, saving typing and misspelled names in rigs.
