BOOM Library Cannons
Developer: BOOM Library
Historical cannon sound library with 26-channel recordings of blasts, impacts and flybys from 15 cannon types.
What BOOM Library Cannons does
BOOM Library Cannons is a bundle for sound design in After Effects and Premiere Pro, built around 15 era-accurate cannons such as the 16-pounder, carronade and culverin. Recordings are 26-channel WAVs of blasts, impacts, flybys and mechanical handling noises.
The Construction Kit contains Foley impacts into water, sand, stone, wood, sails and dirt, with eight variations per cannon. The Designed pack adds five sets, Distant, Mechanic, Crisp, Loud and Soft, at six variations each. Shooting near a forest, a military base and an archery range gave natural outdoor tails. Files are 24-bit, 96 kHz WAV.
