Bulls-eye
Developer: REDDESK
Centers the anchor point of a selected image clip with one click, including on the visible area of alpha images.
What Bulls-eye does
Bulls-eye is a small REDDESK extension for Premiere Pro. Select an image clip, press the button, and its anchor point jumps to the center of the picture, which makes rotation and scaling behave predictably.
Images with transparency are handled by centering on the non-transparent portion instead of the full canvas. It only works on image data, so PSD files are not supported. Editors who place logos, stickers or cutout graphics in their sequences will save repeated manual anchor adjustments. Premiere Pro 23.0 or newer is needed.
Key features
- Centers the anchor of a selected image clip
- Single-button operation
- Centers on the opaque area of alpha images
- Image data only, no PSD support
