What Compstronaut does
Compstronaut gives After Effects a navigation history like a web browser. Back and Forward controls retrace where you have been, across compositions and timeline times, which helps when working deep in nested comps.
A live panel lists the trail with comp names and timecodes, and clicking an entry opens that composition at that moment. History can grow to 150 entries. Separate buttons handle timeline navigation and previous or next composition, and optional sound cues and notifications give feedback. Pre-configured Stream Deck profiles for Classic, Mini, XL and Plus are included.
