What Construction Lines - Accurate Cad Modelling Add-On does
Construction Lines gives Blender a precise, CAD-like drawing workflow. Guide edges and points can be snapped to, do not interfere with the model, can be toggled and are never rendered.
Rectangles, circles and arcs can be drawn in place from exact snap points on geometry or guides without using the 3D cursor. Lines are drawn by clicking and dragging, with faces filled automatically in closed geometry, and extrude can cut through meshes.
