What Delta Quad does
Delta Quad cuts N-gon faces into smaller quads in Blender. It is the successor to Beta Quad and converts faces step by step so you stay in control of the topology.
Two modes arrange the quad flow differently, and you can convert a few faces, repeat on nearby ones and leave others unchanged. It copes with low quad counts and is written in pure Python. Modelers cleaning up N-gons for subdivision or animation will find it helpful.
