Facemaps

Developer: Easy Team

Download Free

Brings face map creation, mirroring, merging and conversion tools to Blender Edit Mode.

What Facemaps does

Facemaps restores a convenient way to label groups of faces in Blender. Select faces in Edit Mode, press the plus button in the add-on panel, and the region is saved for quick reselection later.

Maps may overlap and share faces, symmetry tools mirror a selection to the opposite side, and several maps can be merged into one. An Object Mode overlay with its own toggle shows the regions, and maps can be converted for other uses. Modelers, riggers and asset preparers will find it helpful.

Key features

  • Create face maps from selected faces
  • Overlapping maps that share faces
  • Mirror selections across symmetry
  • Merge and convert maps
  • Object Mode overlay toggle
