Is key Free helps decide which shortcut to assign in Blender. It finds free keys and reports the ones already taken, and prints a list of keys.

A List all Shortcuts button shows shortcuts for the language setting currently selected. It is located in the Text Editor's sidebar under the Dev tab and needs no special permissions. Add-on developers can avoid hotkey conflicts. It is a developer-oriented helper that saves checking keymap listings by hand when planning shortcuts for a new operator or add-on.
