Jigglegen
Developer: pathnode
Blender add-on that builds cloth proxy and collision meshes from vertex groups for jiggle, hair and tissue motion.
What Jigglegen does
JiggleGen automates the awkward setup of secondary motion in Blender. From any vertex group it generates a simplified cloth cage and a matching collision mesh, which then drive jiggle, hair or soft tissue.
Batch generation covers several groups or objects, results are parented to the target automatically, and existing meshes can be overwritten for quick iteration. Settings are stored with Blender's native preset system. Smart Collision Exclusion builds a collision mesh built from everything outside the selected group. A compact panel keeps shortcuts nearby.
