What Karton 2 does
Karton 2 by jakobwerner.design is an After Effects extension that creates dynamic text boxes and stores them as presets. A preset library lets you reuse custom styles and mark favorites for fast access.
The second version has a smaller, adaptive interface that sits comfortably beside other extensions. A typewriter effect comes with adjustable cursors, letting you change style, color, speed and blink. A Reload button renames layers and their Kartons to match their content, and it can be turned off. Designers who frequently build captions and callouts will save time.
