What Mantra does
Mantra from Mettle brings 360-degree and VR visual effects, along with AR content creation, to After Effects and Premiere Pro. It includes the Mettle 3DNA rendering engine for volumetric workflows, Spherify, Mobius Transform and audio-reactive effects.
Spherify wraps a layer into a sphere with keyframeable interpolation, while Mobius Transform adds a virtual dolly and jib to stationary 360 footage and makes wormholes and little planets. A node panel stacks effects and handles scripting, and a Globe Preview panel supports mono and stereo work. It supports flat, monoscopic and stereoscopic formats and creates procedural textures for 3D programs.
