What Mask To Transform does
Mask To Transform builds on the automatic mask tracking already in Premiere Pro. After tracking an object, the extension converts the mask path keyframes into position, scale and rotation keyframes on a Transform effect.
Text, images or other layers can then follow the subject. Version 1.2.0 added a stabilization mode that holds footage steady around the masked object. It works with Premiere Pro 13.0 and newer. It offers a straightforward route to simple object tracking and stabilization without a trip through After Effects.
