What miauu's Work Plane does
miauu's Work Plane creates a plane matching the two major axes closest to your screen view. In automatic mode, rotating the Perspective viewport makes the plane snap to the dominant XY, XZ or YZ orientation.
The plane can be locked and used for construction. There are several manual methods for setting a specific center and axis, including locking to a chosen major axis and position. It can snap to selected geometry or the polygons directly beneath the mouse, and alignment can be forced. Modelers who draw or place objects in perspective gain a flexible drafting surface.
