What Npr Framerate Mixer does
NPR Framerate Mixer is a Blender plugin for stylized animation where characters move at a lower frame rate than the camera. It lets an object or rig animated on twos, threes or any rate sit comfortably with a camera moving on ones.
It produces an empty that stores the camera offset for the held frames. Parent your character or rig to that empty and the stepped look is preserved while the camera remains smooth. Useful for anime and other non-photorealistic projects.
