Download Free

Blender add-on that circles the viewport around the selected object, with speed, tilt and zoom controls.

What Orbiter does

Orbiter is a Blender add-on from TFMSTYLE that rotates the viewport around a selected object when you press play. You can zoom and tilt to change the orbit while the rest of Blender remains fully usable.

The orbit target can be switched dynamically, a slider modifies the speed, and there are Play, Reverse and Re-center buttons, plus a full screen toggle. It works as a turntable for inspecting models while you work and for re-centering the viewport on whatever is selected.

Key features

  • Viewport circles the selected object
  • Zoom and tilt while orbiting
  • Switch orbit target on the fly
  • Slider-based speed control
  • Play, Reverse, Re-center and full screen
