What Photo Mosaic does
Photo Mosaic by Haligonian reconstructs every frame of a clip out of countless tiny pictures. Up close, the image reveals hundreds or thousands of smaller photos, while from a distance it reads as the original footage.
It works in both After Effects and Premiere Pro, supporting versions 2023 through 2025 of each. A demo video and a developer tutorial are available to help get started. Artists can use it for title sequences, tributes and attention-grabbing stylized shots.
