What Power Hyperboloid does
Power Hyperboloid by CROSSPHERE .Koizumi is freeware that creates a three-dimensional hyperboloid inside After Effects, controlled through power settings. It is a companion to the studio's other geometry tools.
Elliptic distortion and unfolding shape the form, while rich shading, self-shadowing and reflections give it a solid look. Depth of field is available, composition lights and cameras are respected, and Multi-Frame Rendering and Apple Silicon are supported. Motion graphics artists needing futuristic cooling-tower shapes or twisted tubes can generate them without 3D software.
