Powerprim
Developer: Andrew Smith
Blender add-on that creates primitives aligned to faces, edges or vertices, with arrays and median-position spawning.
What Powerprim does
Powerprim places primitives in Blender relative to existing geometry. Pick any face, edge or vertex, or several at once, and the new shape aligns to it.
Custom objects can be dropped onto selected geometry in one click. A new object can also spawn at the median position of two or more selected elements, and primitives or custom objects can be arrayed along an edge or between two vertices or faces. A documentation page gives full instructions. Hard-surface modelers get faster greebling and placement.
