Shows readable, editable display labels for rig controls in Blender's 3D View without renaming bones.
What Puppettag does
PuppetTag adds labels to rigs directly in the 3D View so complex armatures are easier to understand. Display aliases are shown around selected or visible rig controls while the real bone names stay untouched.
Because the originals are not changed, constraints, drivers and scripts remain safe. Animators and riggers working with unfamiliar or cryptic rigs can identify controls quickly. Highlights cover readable rig labels in the 3D View and aliases keep original bone names.
