What Qol Tools: Frameflipper does

Frameflipper from QOL Tools puts a small A/B control on Blender's timeline bar. It lets you jump between any two frames, handy for comparing poses or checking how a change looks at two moments.

Set the A and B targets by scrubbing and clicking the buttons, or type the frame numbers directly, then use the FLIP button to toggle. It does not touch the animation and needs no keyframes. Animators reviewing poses benefit from the quick back-and-forth.
