Quadpatch - Retopology Tool

Developer: AlbertoFX

Download Free

Blender retopology tool that generates quad strips and patches over large areas with path drawing and relaxing.

What Quadpatch - Retopology Tool does

QuadPatch, from AlbertoFX, speeds up retopology of broad surfaces in Blender. It highlights edge-loop paths, and lets you draw paths dynamically while controlling segment counts to generate quad strips.

Double-clicking creates new patches, and highlighted vertices can be relaxed and re-aligned to the surface. A hotkey panel reminds you of commands. Artists rebuilding scanned or sculpted models into clean topology can cover big regions faster than with manual quad drawing.

Key features

  • Edge-loop path highlighting
  • Drawn paths with adjustable segment counts
  • Double-click patch creation
  • Surface relaxing and re-aligning
  • Hotkey panel
