What Refmate does
Refmate organizes reference pictures inside Blender, so you do not need an external viewer while modeling.
Cycle through project images with Next and Previous buttons or custom shortcuts, and rotate, mirror or remove them from the Image Editor panel. Images can be dropped into the 3D viewport as undistorted reference objects. A Hide Textures option filters out images used by materials, and keyword search finds images by name. The source folder can be opened directly.
