What Scene Workspaces does
Scene Workspaces lets each Blender scene keep its own list of workspaces. Instead of one long tab bar shared across the file, you can show only the workspaces relevant to a scene and order them as you like.
Projects with many scenes, such as those split into layout, lighting and compositing stages, become much tidier. Users can keep their interface focused without deleting workspaces.
