Sculpt Navigation
Developer: Cuzmic
Blender add-on bringing ZBrush-style canvas navigation to sculpting and painting, ideal for pen tablets.
What Sculpt Navigation does
Sculpt Navigation gives Blender the viewport behavior familiar from ZBrush and 3D-Coat. Clicking empty canvas orbits, Shift+click pans, and clicking the mesh sculpts or paints, so a pen tablet works without a middle mouse button.
Right-click gestures dolly with a vertical drag, roll with a horizontal drag and zoom with Shift. A dedicated roll keybinding defaults to Shift+Alt+LMB, brush size and strength show ring feedback, and double-clicking empty space frames selected objects. A safety border always triggers navigation, and keybindings and gestures are configurable.
Key features
- Orbit and pan from empty canvas space
- Right-click dolly, roll and zoom gestures
- Brush size and strength ring feedback
