What Shape Key Manager does
Shape Key Manager is a Blender plugin for handling large numbers of shape keys. Doing it one by one through the standard list is slow, so this tool lets you operate on many at once with a couple of clicks.
You can move, rename and delete several keys together, and apply keys using Create Shape Key from Mix, one mixed key at a time. It can also make new keys that copy the keyframed value of an existing one. It is helpful for character artists cleaning up facial blend shape sets.
