What Smart Collect does
Smart Collect gathers the media a particular timeline needs. Select a timeline and the extension copies to disk the assets used only there, including those in nested timelines, then saves a copy of the project and relinks its clips to the new files.
It can also shrink a project by deleting unused assets and timelines. It runs on Premiere Pro from CC 2015 through 2025, helpful for archiving and handoff.
