Snap Bisect
Developer: AdamDominec
Blender add-on that makes the Bisect cut pass through snapped vertices or edge midpoints.
What Snap Bisect does
Snap Bisect brings snapping to Blender's Bisect tool in Edit Mode. Instead of dragging a cutting line by eye, you click three vertices or edge midpoints, and the slice passes exactly through them.
Shortcuts allow a view-aligned cut with two points and Enter, an axis-aligned cut with two points plus X, Y or Z, or a plane-aligned cut with one point and an axis. Pressing H allows hidden parts to serve as anchors. Afterwards a panel offers Offset, Fill, Clear Inner and Clear Outer. It is found through F3 search or the Mesh menu.
Key features
- Cutting plane from three snapped points
- View, axis and plane-aligned cut variants
- H key reveals hidden anchors
- Offset, Fill and Clear Inner or Outer options
- Available via F3 search or Mesh menu
