What Snapline - Rulers & Guides does
Snapline brings the rulers and guides found in 2D design tools to Blender's 3D viewport. Drag a vertical or horizontal guide out of the top or left edge and drop it where you need it.
Guides can lock to the active camera frame or to the screen. Presets for Rule of Thirds, Golden Ratio, Center Cross and Quarters can replace or stack on existing guides, and objects can be moved with magnetic snap. Dragging a guide off the canvas deletes it. It supports framing shots and aligning layouts precisely.
