Torch

Developer: timo.ink

Download Free

Controls Blender lights with on-screen icons and gizmos for position, intensity, color and type.

What Torch does

Torch makes adjusting lights interactive in the 3D view. Picking or creating a light brings up a dedicated icon and gizmo, so changes happen on screen rather than in the properties panel.

Icons toggle lights on and off. Hold Ctrl and drag left or right to set gizmo distance, hold Shift while dragging to move between normal and reflection mode, and press Alt to flip direction. Position, intensity, color and type can all be changed. Lighting artists will feel it speeds up shaping a scene.
