Twisted Extrude
Developer: Mark Kingsnorth
Blender add-on that extrudes faces with a twist to create curled pipes, tendrils and abstract shapes.
What Twisted Extrude does
Twisted Extrude is a Blender add-on from Mark Kingsnorth that extrudes faces while twisting them, which makes curled geometry like pipes and tendrils, or more abstract effects. Its interactive interface behaves like Blender's standard extrude and the ZigZag Extrude tool.
You can rotate the extrusions and taper the effect, twisting can follow the face normal or local and global axes, and choose the number of side subdivisions. Faces can be extruded individually or as a group, and presets remember your parameters for later sessions.
Key features
