What Updated! Better Cutter does
Better Cutter extends Blender's cutting abilities beyond the built-in options. From a single panel you choose between a Planar Cut with live update, a Follow Shape Cut that uses the cutter's outline, and a Curve Cutter driven by Bezier, NURBS or Poly curves.
Version 1.1 added a Face Cutter that converts any face into a cutter. Split modes decide the outcome: Cut Only adds edge loops without separating geometry and works on ngons, while Split divides the mesh into separate pieces. Follow Shape also has further operations such as Cut Through. Hard-surface modelers and prop makers who need precise slicing will benefit.
