Vectory
Developer: Zaebects
After Effects plugin that turns images into moving networks of lines from particles steered by pixel brightness.
What Vectory does
Vectory from Zaebects converts any image into an evolving web of lines. Particles travel across the picture and change direction according to pixel brightness, drawing organic patterns as they go.
There are three modes: Particles, Static Trails and Trails. Movement randomness, global direction, fluctuation, particle size and lifetime are adjustable, colors can be kept, shifted or remapped with custom palettes, and Gravity Points attract or repel particles. Drawing Mode offers simple rendering with optional transparency and background color.
