Viewport stabilizer
Developer: Yaroslav_Yushk
Blender add-on that locks the viewport onto a 3D point, object pivot or vertices for matchmove work.
What Viewport stabilizer does
Viewport stabilizer is a Blender add-on by Yaroslav_Yushk that holds the viewport fixed on a chosen 3D point while you work. It is built for matchmovers and others dealing with tracked shots, where moving camera shots make precise placement difficult.
You can stabilize on the 3D Cursor, on the pivot of the active or a specified object, or on selected vertices if enabled in the settings. One click finds the center of an object or selected vertices and creates an Empty there. Alt+C toggles stabilization, and the controls are in the View tab of the 3D View sidebar.

- Creates an Empty at an object or vertex center
