What Vmdesk does
Vmdesk is an add-on by Y.T-LAW for Blender 5.1 that places an interactive editing environment directly inside the 3D Viewport. Its main job is to let you reorder one or many modifiers without opening the properties editor.
It covers the modifier editor, geometry nodes and mesh editing in the same space. You can change the interface color and size, remap the keys, and use built-in calculator functions while typing values. Text fields accept pasted input, though IME input methods are not supported.
