Workflower
Developer: Constantin Maier
Layer management by groups for After Effects, with collapsible groups and precomp conversion.
What Workflower does
Workflower by Constantin Maier gives After Effects a way to group layers the way many illustration apps do. Groups and sub-groups can be created, collapsed and expanded, keeping crowded timelines manageable on Windows and Mac.
Whole groups can be selected, moved, parented, disabled, soloed, locked and relabelled, duplicated, given group opacity or turned into group mattes. Groups convert to and from precomps, comp items in the project panel can be changed in batch or pre-rendered, and custom shortcuts live in a scrollable panel. KBar support arrived in version 1.0.4. Artists with layered scenes get one panel for tidy organisation.
