Blender add-on by dr.sybren that shows a growing on-screen warning when a file has not been saved for a while.
What You Are Autosave does
You Are Autosave nags you to save your work in Blender. Once a while has passed without saving, a warning shows on screen and later turns completely red.
Two configurable timeouts decide when the nagging starts and when it reaches full panic, and the red color is themable. Nothing but saving the file removes the warning. Version 1.5.0 added viewport text when the warning gets really red. It needs no special permissions. Anyone who has lost work will appreciate the nudge.
