You're Auto Keying

A Blender add-on that shows when Auto Keying is on, with visual indicators across the interface.

What You're Auto Keying does

You're Auto Keying addresses a classic animation mistake in Blender: forgetting that Auto Keying is on and recording unintended keyframes. The add-on makes the state obvious by adding clear indicators across the interface.

Indicators appear on the outliner, the keyframe playhead, the preview viewport, pose mode outlines and the preview window header. Colors are adjustable in the add-on, the Auto Keying button sits at the far right of the header, and a Fetch Color button captures your theme defaults to return to when Auto Keying is off. Animators and riggers will avoid accidental keys.

Key features
