Zoetrope Halo Bender is a color tool for After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. Its core idea is a pair of HALO objects, which act as colorizer rings placed over your footage to create washes, leaks and vignettes.
Each ring can be positioned, scaled and rotated, refracted into related hues, and keyframed. It ships as both an Effect, for quick results, and a Generator, for more compositing flexibility, and the two share the same presets. You can save and share your own looks, and OpenGL acceleration keeps previews responsive.
