What 3D Print Toolbox does
The 3D Print Toolbox helps prepare Blender models for a printer. It measures a mesh's volume and surface area and looks for geometry problems that can ruin a print, with a Make Manifold option to repair them.
A hollow tool creates uniform wall thickness on complex shapes, rotation can be set by aligning selected faces with the print bed, and scaling tools fit a model to given dimensions or volume. Selections export quickly to STL, PLY and OBJ. Hobbyists, miniature designers and product makers can catch errors early rather than discovering them in the slicer.
