What AEJuice Freeze Frame does

AEJuice Freeze Frame is a script for After Effects aimed at slow, complex scenes. By freezing the animation in part of a composition, it reduces the work needed for each frame and speeds up preview playback.

It integrates with both kBar and the AEJuice Toolbar and supports After Effects CC 2015 through CC 2022 and newer. A demo video is available. Artists who spend time waiting on previews while polishing one element can use it to keep other parts static.
