ReColor
Developer: Orland Longlight
After Effects script that lists every layer color in a project and updates them by hex value or color picker.
What ReColor does
ReColor by Orland Longlight is a script for After Effects that reveals the colors used on layers across a project. Each can then be changed via a hex value or the native color picker, keeping color management in one place.
That makes it useful for brand-driven motion work, for finding and fixing color discrepancies during quality control, and for reskinning a project into light and dark modes or other palettes. It pairs with the True Comp Duplicator script for building asset variations that each have unique colors.
